We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The decor in the apartments was tastefully done, showcasing thought and creativity. The entertainment area under the lapa was a great addition, adding to our enjoyment. The host, Carol, was pleasant, and Jennifer ensured that our rooms were always clean. The process from beginning to end was seamless with a personal touch. It was a quiet and private location, perfect for a peaceful stay. We were able to prepare our presentation and check out midday, very convenient for us.
Don't have any issues at all.

Had an amazing new year stay. the spacious and clean room was beautifully decorated. A spotless bathroom, along with a fully-equipped kitchen, made for a very comfortable stay. the bed was super comfortable and I slept soundly in the quiet neighborhood. the key location was perfect for a relaxing getaway and yet not too far from nearby attractions. I especially loved having more than enough utensils and cookware to prepare meals.
The lack of communication on how to enter the premises caused a bit of confusion upon arrival, which was frustrating. the price advertised as "per person sharing" was not clear and we ended up being charged extra for an additional guest.

The location was great, close to family and very convenient for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had all the toiletries we needed, which was a nice touch. , the interior decor was beautiful, and we felt at home.
Communication was poor on how to enter the premises, and we had to wait outside in the dark for a while, which was not pleasant. the door locks didn't make us feel very safe in the room, and the lounge area could have been more comfortable.
